It's often recommended to go to 30 then reincarnate because you can reincarnate from 30 to 20 (Epic Reincarnation, ER), then go from 20 back to 1 (True Reincarnation, TR) and get twice the benefits. Maybe more than twice; ER feats are arguably better than TR feats. 2.Chain costs less AP and can hit around corners but does less damage and hits way less targets. Most people only use Chain during the leveling when they can afford Chain and until Cone is available. Eldritch Blast is a spell, not a weapon attack. Do 6 levels of both arti (or rogue) and ranger. And then 8 levels of whatever past life you want. A 6 arti / 6 ranger / 8 warlock build isn’t going to have the most synergy but inquisitive is pretty class agnostic and swallows a lot of sins.So, specific build advice: Fey is inherently sucky because A) Reflex save so mobs can evade you entirely, and B) no Burnscar equivalent for Sonic, so you're always doing less damage than GOO.
